Are you a math enthusiast who loves making learning hands-on and fun? DyslexAbility wants you! As a Maths Practitioner, you’ll bring the Maths-U-See program to life, helping neurodiverse students tackle dyscalculia and other numeracy challenges through multi-sensory, practical lessons.
Who You Are:
You’re passionate about creating math “a-ha!” moments and seeing students grow in confidence and skill.
You’re experienced or certified in Maths-U-See or open to completing DyslexAbility’s specialised training.
You’re a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and a love for educational tech tools like laptops and iPads.
Flexibility, patience, and empathy are your strengths, and you thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Guide students in one-on-one sessions that make math accessible and enjoyable.
Plan and deliver lessons with hands-on tools, adapting to each student’s unique needs and learning pace.
Track student progress, celebrating milestones and adjusting techniques to ensure lasting understanding.
Partner with families and fellow practitioners, building a network of support for each student’s success.
