Cancellation Policy

At DyslexAbility, we are committed to providing the best possible services to assist our clients with their needs. We do have a very demanding schedule with limited amount of spaces available during the week.   Whilst we can appreciate that clients have outside commitments or illness that sometimes prevent them from coming to sessions, it is impossible to fill these spots with other clients due to the nature of the ongoing and specialised sessions each client requires.  Therefore, the following payment and cancellation policies apply:

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • All scheduled sessions are required to be paid in full regardless of cancellation.  

  • All payments are due no later than 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Due to the vast number of students and limited available hours for our Practitioners, make-up sessions are not possible.
